PILATES EQUIPMENT
The equipment based Pilates session, is a technical fitness session that offers muscle strengthening, body tightening and shredding using the equipment of the method. Exercises are done by using resistors - which might be springs or the body weight itself - in order to strengthen and straighten the body by making it more flexible, as well as to correct possible muscle imbalances.
